Chia pudding layer:
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
@just_blends butterfly pea flower powder (for top)
.
Pink pitaya smoothie:
1 banana, chopped and frozen
1/2 pink pitaya, chopped and frozen
1 scoop ๐ŸŒฑ protein powder (@noudderprotein)
2 tbsp coconut yogurt (@enjoyyoso)
2 tbsp almond milk
@just_blends pink pitaya powder

Combine chia pudding ingredients and refrigerate minimum 2 hours. Take 2 tbsp of the chia pudding and mix in @just_blends butterfly pea flower powder to achieve purple colour. Add all smoothie ingredients to your #vitamix and blend until smooth. Layer chia pudding, then smoothie, then fruit and coloured chia pudding – then DIG IN! ๐Ÿ˜
