Adding a variety of fruits and vegetables into our diet gets us the vitamins and minerals we need. Below is what each colour brings in:
Red: rich in antioxidants including lycopen, anthocyanins and ellagic acid πŸ…πŸ’πŸ“πŸŽπŸ‰
Orange: rich in alpha-carotene and beta-carotene.πŸŠπŸ‘πŸ₯•
